The UK has the highest flight tax in the world...
and is planning to increase it in time for next year's summer holiday

The Chancellor's Budget plans say that Air Passenger Duty (APD) taxes will be increased next year by double inflation. However, this can be prevented if passengers tell Mr Osborne to keep his 'Hands off our holiday' and give us a break.

Email your MP or take part in the debate via Twitter or Linked-In; 'like us' on Facebook; and tell your friends about the campaign, so together we can influence the Treasury whilst it is still developing its plans for 2012. This site makes getting information about APD, petitioning your local politician or the Treasury, or taking part in the national conversation very easy – simply click in to the buttons on the right. Together we really can tell the Chancellor to keep his 'Hands of our holiday'!
